The Mountain Springs Homeowner’s Rental Program Inc. is a not-for-profit rental management program, operated by the Mountain Springs Homeowners Association.
Unlike some rental management companies, who charge as much as 30% commission, we do not charge rental based, or other, commissions to our member-owners. A very small fee is all member-owners are required to pay up fron. Member-Owners may be asked to contribute to ongoing operating costs, but member-owners are always involved in decisions that may incur costs for the rental program, so there are never any surprise levies.
Our Board of Directors is made up entirely of member-owners.
